Adecco is currently hiring several full-time motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our client's growing team in Orillia, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for warehouse professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about inventory management, shipping and receiving, logistics, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. You will work closely with internal teams to support customer needs while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Pay Rate: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Orillia, ON
Shift: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming products and materials
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery requirements
Ensure products are stored and handled safely and efficiently
Follow and promote workplace health and safety procedures
Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Help identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, shipping and receiving, or inventory management role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse systems is considered an asset
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
Ability to work in a warehouse environment
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
