Adecco is currently hiring several full-time motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our client's growing team in Orillia, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for warehouse professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about inventory management, shipping and receiving, logistics, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. You will work closely with internal teams to support customer needs while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

  • Pay Rate: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • Location: Orillia, ON

  • Shift: 9:00am – 5:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming products and materials

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery requirements

  • Ensure products are stored and handled safely and efficiently

  • Follow and promote workplace health and safety procedures

  • Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, shipping and receiving, or inventory management role

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse systems is considered an asset

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

  • Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
