Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for a full-time opportunity in Malton, ON. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or chemical handling experience who are committed to safety and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory management, forklift operation, and the safe handling of packaged products. This position offers the opportunity to join a respected organization with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment.

  • Pay Rate: $27.00/hour

  • Location: Malton, ON

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Job type: Temporary to Permanent opportunity | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently

  • Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy

  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and document all material movements

  • Inspect products, equipment, and tools to ensure safe operation

  • Follow all safety procedures, WHMIS, TDG, and company policies

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

  • Support inventory control, storage, and material handling activities

  • Assist with special projects and other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or chemical handling experience

  • Valid Forklift Certification preferred

  • Knowledge of TDG, WHMIS, and workplace safety procedures

  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is considered an asset

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
