Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a dynamic warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with strong inventory management and cycle counting experience who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment.

In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

  • Pay Rate: $27.79/hour (Additional $1.00/hour Afternoon Shift Premium)

  • Location: Etobicoke, ON

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 3:30pm – 12:00am

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits.

  • Conduct locator counts and verify stock locations.

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and variances.

  • Reconcile physical inventory counts with the warehouse management system.

  • Audit warehouse stock locations to ensure accuracy and organization.

  • Report inventory issues and irregularities to the Inventory Supervisor.

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment to access and verify inventory.

  • Support general warehouse operations as required, including wrapping skids and housekeeping duties.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of warehouse inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory management experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

  • Experience working with warehouse management systems and RF scanners.

  • Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

  • Experience operating an Order Picker is an asset; training and certification will be provided.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
