Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Site Supervisor to join a growing construction team specializing in multi-family wood frame residential developments in Calgary, AB.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction leader with a proven track record overseeing 4-6 storey wood frame apartment projects with underground parkades. You will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors, ensuring project schedules are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a strong culture of safety.
Pay Rate: $140000/year

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site construction activities for multi-family residential projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel.
Monitor project schedules, productivity, quality standards, and construction progress.
Enforce health and safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address site issues and ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation, site reports, and progress updates.
Provide leadership, direction, and support to on-site teams throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Site Superintendent, Construction Superintendent, or Site Supervisor.
Extensive experience managing multi-family wood frame apartment projects, including 4-6 storey residential buildings with underground parkades.
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and construction trades.
Experience overseeing schedules, budgets, quality control, and project delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
