Adecco is currently hiring Server for a one-day community event in Saint John, NB. We are looking for 10 enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to help ensure a fun and successful community picnic. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will assist with food service, support recreational activities, provide excellent customer service, and help with event setup and cleanup to ensure attendees have a positive experience.

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

• Location: Saint John, NB

• Schedule: Saturday, August 22 | 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM

• Employment Type: Temporary | One-Day Assignment

Responsibilities

• Transport food from the kitchen and cooking area to the indoor buffet.

• Serve food portions to event attendees.

• Monitor and assist with activity stations, including badminton, arts and crafts, and other family-friendly activities.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment.

• Assist with event setup before the event and cleanup afterward.

• Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure the day runs smoothly.

• Perform other event support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.

• Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with the public.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Clean criminal background check required.

• Previous customer service or event experience is considered an asset but is not required.
