Restaurant Shift Manager

Adecco is currently hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead daily operations, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure excellent guest service

• Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve performance goals

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and operational standards

• Monitor staffing, shift plans, service flow, and restaurant performance

• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally

• Maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and value (QSC&V)

• Support employee training, development, and performance recognition

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented workplace culture

• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing environments

• Strong customer service and team-building skills

• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety standards

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
