Adecco is currently hiring a Recruitment Coordinator for a full-time, 3-month contract opportunity in Toronto, ON. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented recruitment professional with experience supporting talent acquisition activities, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process by reviewing applications, conducting preliminary candidate screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring candidates receive a professional and positive experience.
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary
Contract Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities
Review and screen resumes against established job requirements and qualification criteria.
Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest in available opportunities.
Coordinate interviews and candidate assessments, including scheduling with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare and distribute recruitment-related correspondence, including interview confirmations and other candidate communications.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders to support a positive recruitment experience.
Assist with recruitment coordination activities and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Previous recruitment coordination experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against established job requirements.
Knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a professional and positive candidate experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and recruitment information.
