Adecco is currently hiring a Full-Time On-Site Coordinator in Brampton, Mississauga, and Milton, Ontario. This Staffing Coordinator / Workforce Coordinator role supports high-volume client operations, employee scheduling, payroll administration, onboarding, and workforce management. You will support staffing operations within manufacturing, production, warehouse, and distribution environments
You'll work closely with Adecco associates and client teams to ensure staffing needs are met, payroll is processed accurately, and employees receive an exceptional experience throughout their assignment.
Please note: This is not a traditional office role. While you will work 37.5 hours per week, shift times will vary based on client and operational requirements.

Pay Rate: $45,000 - $50,000 annually

What You'll Do
Employee & Workforce Management
Supervise and support temporary associates on assignment
Manage daily employee scheduling and shift coverage
Monitor attendance and address staffing gaps as needed
Conduct regular employee follow-ups and engagement activities
Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding sessions
Communicate workplace expectations, policies, and safety requirements
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client partnerships through proactive communication
Provide regular follow-up to ensure client satisfaction with staffing solutions
Respond to client requests and staffing needs in a timely manner
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet operational deadlines
Administration & Reporting
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee records in compliance with Adecco policies and procedures
Manage onboarding documentation and employee files
Prepare and administer activity reports, attrition reports, and conversion reports
Track attendance, performance metrics, and workforce trends
Utilize Excel and staffing systems to maintain accurate data and reporting
What We're Looking For
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing coordination, workforce management, recruitment, employee relations, customer service, logistics, transportation, or operations
Experience supporting high-volume staffing environments, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution operations is considered a strong asset
Proven experience with employee scheduling, attendance management, workforce planning, shift coordination, onboarding, and payroll processing
Strong client service and relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain positive partnerships
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee records, payroll, scheduling, and reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and data management systems
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new staffing, payroll, and workforce management platforms
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with associates, clients, and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions in a dynamic operational environment
Ability to analyze workforce trends, monitor staffing levels, and support operational staffing requirements
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
