Mechanical Assembler

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Mechanical Assembler for our client in Mississauga, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products in a manufacturing environment.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, assembly experience, and a commitment to quality and safety.

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

• Location: Mississauga, ON

• Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• Job type: Temporary with Permanence possibility | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate mechanical assembly tools used in the production process

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions

• Verify mechanical dimensions and product features to ensure quality standards are met

• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively

• Perform basic soldering and torque-related tasks as required

• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently to meet production targets

• Follow quality control procedures and report any product concerns

• Support production teams by performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is considered an asset

• Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools

• Basic soldering experience is considered an asset

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

• Ability to lift between 25 and 45 lbs

• Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Flexible and willing to support different areas of production as business needs require

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
