Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Mechanical Assembler for our client in Mississauga, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products in a manufacturing environment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, assembly experience, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job type: Temporary with Permanence possibility | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Set up and calibrate mechanical assembly tools used in the production process
Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions
Verify mechanical dimensions and product features to ensure quality standards are met
Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively
Perform basic soldering and torque-related tasks as required
Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently to meet production targets
Follow quality control procedures and report any product concerns
Support production teams by performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is considered an asset
Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools
Basic soldering experience is considered an asset
Basic computer skills
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift between 25 and 45 lbs
Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
Flexible and willing to support different areas of production as business needs require
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
