Adecco is currently hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for our client in Calgary, AB. We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious individuals to join a fast-paced distribution environment.

  • Pay Rate: Day Shift: $19.00/hour | Afternoon Shift: $19.75/hour

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | Day Shift: 6:25 AM - 2:55 PM | Afternoon Shift: 3:05 PM - 11:35 PM

  • Location: Calgary, AB

  • Job type: Temporary with possibility of Permanence | Full-time

Hourly pay is dependent on role assignment and business needs. Positions start at $18.00/hour, with compensation adjusted according to the duties, qualifications, and requirements of the assigned department. Department and role assignments are determined by the employer based on operational needs, candidate qualifications, skills assessment, and available openings.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and prepare store orders

  • Work with products, cartons, cases, and boxes in a high-volume environment

  • Package tote bins with products for shipment

  • Receive, sort, and organize incoming products

  • Load and unload trailers and containers

  • Move materials from conveyors to pallets and shipping areas

  • Palletize cartons for delivery

  • Support outbound shipping and inbound receiving operations

  • Use voice-directed headset systems to complete assignments

  • Perform continuous lifting of products weighing up to and exceeding 50 lbs

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous warehouse, order picking, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience is considered an asset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
