Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations within an assigned area to ensure exceptional guest service

• Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals

• Coordinate staffing, employee positioning, and break schedules

• Monitor food quality, food safety, and operational standards

• Ensure products, supplies, and equipment are available and functioning properly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Resolve guest concerns and promote outstanding hospitality

• Support shift planning, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Recognize team achievements and foster a positive workplace culture

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing environments

• Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience preferred

• Strong customer service, communication, and coaching skills

• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced setting

• Commitment to food safety, workplace safety, and operational excellence

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
