Adecco is currently hiring General labourer for full-time temporary opportunities in Tiverton, ON.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced production environment, and take pride in producing quality results. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious team players with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

  • Pay Rate: $17.60/hour

  • Location: Tiverton, ON

  • Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily production and manufacturing operations.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, quality, and operational goals.

  • Operate or work in proximity to production equipment and machinery.

  • Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.

  • Maintain attention to detail while completing repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.

  • Work in various production areas based on operational requirements.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety footwear.

  • Perform additional production and general labour duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset but is not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Flexible and willing to assist in various departments as needed.

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week.

  • Must have a clear criminal background check.

  • Safety shoes required

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
