Forklift Operator - Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie/Warehouse Associate

Adecco is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join our client’s warehouse team for the afternoon shift.

We are seeking reliable, safety-driven individuals with experience operating Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines forklift operation with a variety of warehouse responsibilities.

• Pay Rate: $20.75/hour

• Location: Mississauga, ON

• Schedule: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate Reach, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie forklifts

• Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse

• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow safety protocols

Order Picking & Material Handling

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately

• Use RF scanners or pick sheets to locate and verify products

• Replenish inventory and support stock organization

Warehouse Support

• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Support team members with general warehouse duties as needed

• Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid forklift certification (Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie)

• At least 1 year experience using Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie machines

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active during the shift

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Safety-first mindset with strong spatial awareness

• Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
