Forklift Operator - Reach / Counter Balance/ Dockstocker Operator

Adecco is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a full-time warehouse opportunity across Woodbridge, Vaughan, Etobicoke, and Concord, ON. This role is ideal for safety-focused warehouse professionals with experience operating Reach, Dockstocker, and Counterbalance forklifts in fast-paced distribution and logistics environments.

• Pay rate: $24.40 to $25.65/hour (wage based on experience)

• Location: Woodbridge, Vaughan, Etobicoke, and Concord ON

• Shifts: Days, afternoons, nights | 8hour shifts | Monday to Friday

• Job type: Temporary with possibility of permanence | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Forklift Operations & Material Handling

• Safely operate Reach, Dockstocker, and Counterbalance forklifts.

• Load, unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety concerns.

• Ensure products are properly stored, stacked, and organized.

Warehouse & Distribution Support

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement activities.

• Work in temperature-controlled freezer environments (up to -17°C).

• Maintain accurate material handling and inventory practices.

• Support general warehouse operations as required.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards.

• Work independently while meeting productivity targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification from a recognized training provider.

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.

• Experience operating Dockstocker equipment is considered a strong asset.

• Previous warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or shipping and receiving experience.

• Comfortable working in freezer environments at -17°C or below.

• Strong knowledge of safe forklift operating procedures.

• Experience with reverse tractor reach driving is considered an asset.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
