Forklift Operator

Adecco is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a full-time warehouse opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie forklifts in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment.

• Pay Rate: $20.75/hour

• Location: Mississauga, ON

• Schedule: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Reach, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie forklifts.

• Load, unload, move, and store products throughout the warehouse.

• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.

• Support inventory replenishment and stock movement activities.

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.

• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to locate and verify inventory.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse functions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid forklift certification for Reach, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie equipment.

• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience.

• Previous warehouse, distribution centre, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is considered an asset.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
