Forklift Drivers- Reach Trucks

Adecco is currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers for a full-time opportunity in Brampton, ON. This role is ideal for skilled warehouse professionals with experience operating Raymond Reach, Double-Deep (Extended Forks), High Reach, Dockstocker, Counterbalance, and Walkie equipment in fast-paced distribution environments.

• Pay rate: $26.90 to 28.15 / hour(based on experience)

• Location: Brampton, ON

• Shifts: Continental night shift – 11 hours each shift

• Job type: Temporary with possibility of permanence | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Forklift Operations & Material Handling

• Operate Raymond Reach, Double-Deep, High Reach, Dockstocker, Counterbalance, and Walkie equipment safely and efficiently.

• Move, store, and retrieve products throughout the warehouse and racking systems.

• Load and unload trucks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

• Ensure products are properly stored and stacked according to company standards.

Warehouse Operations

• Work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -17°C.

• Support inventory movement, replenishment, and warehouse organization.

• Perform routine equipment inspections and identify any safety concerns.

• Assist with general warehouse and shipping/receiving duties as required.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all health and safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Ensure compliance with equipment, quality, and safety regulations.

• Work independently while meeting operational targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification from a recognized training provider.

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating Raymond Reach, Double-Deep (Extended Forks), or High Reach forklifts.

• Experience operating Dockstocker, Counterbalance, and Walkie equipment.

• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or distribution centre experience.

• Comfortable working in freezer environments at -17°C or colder.

• Strong understanding of safe forklift operating procedures.

• Experience with reverse tractor reach driving is considered an asset.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
