Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Electrical Assembler for our client in Bowmanville, ON. This permanent opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in electrical assembly, industrial equipment assembly, panel wiring, and manufacturing production.

Pay Rate: $21.00-$26.00/hour + 5% Afternoon/Night Shift Premium
Location: Bowmanville, ON
Shift: Afternoon | 4x10 Schedule (Must be available for 24/5 operations)

Responsibilities:
Assemble metal components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Perform electrical assembly tasks including wiring, cable routing, wire termination, and component installation
Install electrical components such as sensors, switches, junction boxes, motors, and control panels
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
Verify electrical connections for accuracy, continuity, and grounding
Assist with basic troubleshooting and testing during the assembly process
Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or non-conforming materials
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with production teams, including welders, painters, CNC operators, and engineers
Follow all health, safety, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures
Meet production schedules, quality standards, and productivity targets
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing assembly, or industrial production
Demonstrated experience with electrical wiring and component installation
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Electrical, electromechanical, or technical training through college, trade school, or equivalent experience
Experience in fabrication, heavy manufacturing, or industrial equipment assembly
Background in panel wiring or machine wiring
Familiarity with CSA, UL, or similar electrical standards
Experience using multimeters and performing basic troubleshooting and testing
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
