Adecco is currently hiring a full-time E-Commerce Sales Administrator for a temporary opportunity in Pickering, ON.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in e-commerce operations, online marketplace management, customer service, inventory management, and order processing.

  • Pay Rate: Up to $22.50/hour

  • Location: Pickering, ON

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders with a high level of accuracy

  • Update inventory levels across e-commerce and customer platforms

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Support Amazon and other online marketplace activities

  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives, sponsored ads, and online listings

  • Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with distribution and technical support teams

  • Manage inventory, forecasting, returns, and product availability

  • Maintain product, pricing, and customer database records

  • Process warranty claims and return authorizations

  • Participate in inventory counts and general administrative support activities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of e-commerce, online retail, sales support, or order management experience

  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms

  • Knowledge of online product listings, sponsored ads, and marketplace management

  • Experience with Shopify, SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP/e-commerce systems

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Comfortable working occasional extended hours during month-end or inventory activities

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
