Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Distribution Coordinator for our client in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Our client is seeking a highly organized and collaborative logistics professional with experience in distribution, warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and import/export operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely movement and distribution of finished goods across Canada while coordinating with supply chain, customer service, warehousing, transportation, and external partners.

  • Pay Rate: $30-$37/hour

Responsibilities:
Distribution & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate the distribution of finished goods to customers and third-party warehouses.

  • Manage inventory replenishment across distribution centers throughout Canada.

  • Work closely with Customer Service, Demand Planning, and Sales teams to support delivery targets.

  • Coordinate transportation activities and ensure timely product delivery.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory accuracy initiatives.

  • Manage inventory reconciliations across third-party warehouse locations.

  • Coordinate annual physical inventory counts and audits.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Import & Export Operations

  • Coordinate import and export shipments and related documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with Canadian customs, import/export regulations, and transportation requirements.

  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, transportation providers, and warehouse partners.

  • Support customs clearance and cross-border shipment activities.

Supply Chain & Transportation Support

  • Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure carrier availability.

  • Process freight-related documentation and support freight invoice management.

  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and distribution operations.

Customer & Stakeholder Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support order fulfillment activities.

  • Assist with customer complaints and product non-conformance investigations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Planning, and Logistics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Agriculture, or any related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Import/Export Operations and Transportation Coordination

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems

  • Experience with inventory control and warehouse management processes

  • Understanding of Canadian import/export regulations and customs documentation

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
