Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Distribution Coordinator for our client in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Our client is seeking a highly organized and collaborative logistics professional with experience in distribution, warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and import/export operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely movement and distribution of finished goods across Canada while coordinating with supply chain, customer service, warehousing, transportation, and external partners.
Pay Rate: $30-$37/hour

Responsibilities:
Distribution & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate the distribution of finished goods to customers and third-party warehouses.
Manage inventory replenishment across distribution centers throughout Canada.
Work closely with Customer Service, Demand Planning, and Sales teams to support delivery targets.
Coordinate transportation activities and ensure timely product delivery.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Monitor inventory levels and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
Manage inventory reconciliations across third-party warehouse locations.
Coordinate annual physical inventory counts and audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Import & Export Operations
Coordinate import and export shipments and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with Canadian customs, import/export regulations, and transportation requirements.
Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, transportation providers, and warehouse partners.
Support customs clearance and cross-border shipment activities.
Supply Chain & Transportation Support
Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure carrier availability.
Process freight-related documentation and support freight invoice management.
Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and distribution operations.
Customer & Stakeholder Support
Respond to customer inquiries and support order fulfillment activities.
Assist with customer complaints and product non-conformance investigations.
Collaborate with internal teams including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Planning, and Logistics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Agriculture, or any related field
3-5 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Import/Export Operations and Transportation Coordination
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Experience with SAP or ERP systems
Experience with inventory control and warehouse management processes
Understanding of Canadian import/export regulations and customs documentation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
