Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Delivery driver for our client in Trenton, ON.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with experience in route sales, delivery, merchandising, retail, or account management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an established customer territory, delivering products, maintaining inventory levels, maximizing product visibility, and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Location: Trenton, ON and surrounding areas
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday | 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM / 2:00 PM
Job type: Temporary | Approximately 3 months| Full-time

Responsibilities:
Service a designated route of customer locations on a predetermined schedule
Deliver bakery products and ensure customers have the inventory required to meet demand
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service
Identify sales opportunities and provide support to business development initiatives
Maintain sufficient inventory levels in the delivery truck and at customer locations
Monitor product displays and ensure optimal shelf presentation
Manage product returns and inventory rotation
Accurately complete required delivery and inventory documentation
Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract (must be able to provide a copy)
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Must be 25 years of age or older to meet insurance requirements
Previous experience in route sales, outside sales, territory sales, delivery sales, merchandising, retail sales, account management, or customer-facing delivery roles.
Proven ability to build relationships and identify sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable and dependable with a customer-first attitude
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
