Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Client Services Coordinator on behalf of our client in Markham, ON.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and business partners while supporting day-to-day administrative, communication, and client service activities.

  • Pay Rate: $50,000 per year + Bonus

  • Location: Markham, ON

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Respond to client and business partner inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Deliver professional, accurate, and timely support to ensure an exceptional client experience

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners

  • Track, manage, and follow up on inquiries to ensure prompt resolution

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and service requests

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client questions and concerns

  • Assist with various administrative and operational activities as required

  • Support process improvement initiatives and team projects

Communications & Content Support

  • Prepare, edit, and organize client-facing communications and materials

  • Support the maintenance of digital content and social media platforms

  • Ensure communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards

  • Assist with the creation and distribution of client information and updates

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in customer service, administration, client support, office management, hospitality, retail, or another service-oriented environment

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to explain information clearly, professionally, and confidently

  • Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and technologies

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

  • Professional, adaptable, and patient approach when interacting with clients

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
