Adecco is currently hiring several Bilingual Claims Contract Attorney to support a large-scale claims administration project involving complex class action and mass tort matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for licensed lawyers who are seeking a non-practicing legal role focused on claims analysis, claimant communications, document review, and compensation program administration.

You will join a collaborative project team responsible for reviewing claims, communicating with claimants and legal representatives, and ensuring the accurate implementation of compensation programs.

  • Pay Rate: $60.00/hour

  • Location: Remote

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze claim submissions and supporting documentation.

  • Assess claim materials for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility requirements.

  • Review medical records and related documentation where applicable.

  • Prepare detailed written correspondence and responses to claimant and counsel inquiries.

  • Handle claimant and legal representative inquiries via telephone and email.

  • Maintain accurate records and claim documentation.

  • Apply established compensation program guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  • Escalate complex issues to project leadership when appropriate.

  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing project meetings.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.

  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.

  • Active license in good standing with a Canadian law society is required.

  • Fluency in both French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to review and interpret complex documentation.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Litigation experience is considered an asset.

  • Experience with class action, mass tort, or claims administration matters is considered an asset.

  • Medical records review experience is considered an asset.

  • Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.

  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
