Assembly Technician

Adecco is currently hiring an Assembly Technician for a full-time temporary opportunity in Markham, ON.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, or light industrial environments. You will be responsible for the final assembly of products, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring all products meet established quality standards.

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

• Location: Markham, ON

• Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

• Job type: Temporary with possible extension| Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to work instructions and assembly drawings

• Use hand tools including screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and cutters

• Perform quality inspections and verify product specifications

• Measure and verify dimensions using basic measuring tools

• Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow company health and safety procedures

• Support additional production and assembly activities as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly guides

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic computer skills

• High School Diploma required

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
