Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Application Coordinator on behalf of our client in Markham, ON.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing processes, reviewing documentation, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously. In this role, you will support the end-to-end processing of client applications while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.
You will be responsible for managing documentation, tracking case progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring applications move smoothly through the review and approval process.
Pay Rate: $50,000 per year + Bonus

Responsibilities:
Application & Case Management
Review, process, and track client applications and supporting documentation
Verify application accuracy, completeness, and compliance with submission requirements
Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information and coordinate follow-up activities
Monitor active cases and ensure files progress through required stages in a timely manner
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
Conduct quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Update case files and track status changes throughout the application lifecycle
Ensure all documentation is properly organized and maintained
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams regarding application status and outstanding requirements
Respond to inquiries and provide updates in a timely manner
Escalate issues, delays, or concerns as required
Support positive stakeholder relationships through clear and professional communication
Operations & Process Support
Follow established procedures, workflows, and service standards
Support administrative and operational initiatives as required
Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
Assist with special projects and departmental tasks when needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in administration, operations, customer service, coordination, office support, document processing, or other process-driven environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Comfortable learning new systems, software, and business processes
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Professional, reliable, and service-oriented approach
Experience working with documentation, case management, records management, or application processing is considered an asset
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
