Britta Kroupa Named Country Head of Adecco Canada

Adecco, the leading global workforce solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Britta Kroupa as Country Head of Adecco Canada, in addition to her current role as Group Senior Vice President of Human Resources Americas at the Adecco Group.

Based in Toronto, Kroupa has held executive leadership roles across the Americas, spanning business management and human resources. Her commercial leadership experience includes overseeing 3M Canada’s healthcare and consumer goods business groups and serving as Country President of Philips Canada. She later led Philips’ North America human resources function, supporting 18,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada.
