Glaser brings nearly two decades of experience in staffing, management and business operations. In her current role, she leads Adecco’s Eastern US and Puerto Rico footprint, while overseeing national delivery, operations and field sales. A people-first leader, Glaser fosters an environment where her teams are empowered to think creatively, develop innovative solutions and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Cerniuk’s 20-year career spans influential roles in corporate environments and competitive sectors, where she has consistently led cross-functional teams to surpass sales targets, amplify operational performance and secure market share by identifying strategic opportunities. At Adecco, she is responsible for the company’s strategic vision and operations in Canada. A coach first and an executive second, Cerniuk prioritizes mentorship, career development and growth opportunities, emphasizing the critical role each team member plays in the company’s success. For the past decade, Cerniuk has been committed to paying it forward, mentoring women at different stages in their careers.
