-5 years experience of High purity gas operations and/or chemical engineering, N2 Generator experience will be a plus.

-Prior experience in project execution (engineering) preferred.

-Involved in Gas or Chemical Distribution System project before.

-Preferred - knowledge in both Gas and Chemical Distribution System use in wafer Fab, TFT-LCD or Solar/PV production plant, in FMCS, GMS, GDS system construction.

-Have the understanding and skills to manage project safety, quality, budget and schedule.

-Be able to work in team to maintain safety and quality of work under time pressure at remote project sites.

-Familiar with the Project Management methodology.

-Familiar with the skills of managing contractor/schedule/budget/quality and safety.

-Oversee and manage the Civil, including all Building Utilities (e.g. firefighting, city water, waste water.., exclude electricity) works in a project, ensuring smooth progress at all stages

-Provide support to Project Manager and act as owners’ rep. to ensure the safety, efficiency, reliability and quality of the plant built.

-Track and manage project budget and schedule on the timely basis.

-Prepare PR and PO materials according to schedule for procurement of equipment and services

-Establish and maintain good relationship with internal, customer and local authorities.

-Monitor and track the schedule and progress of projects, take actions for the critical issues on progress.

- Prepare and review the cost report of projects and report the main issues on cost control to project director.

-Responsible for driving and follow up of risk manage plan and change orders of project.

-Provide engineering solution for an enquiry by customer, coordinate with internal departments and external authorities / customer and propose a competitive engineering solution upon customer’s enquiry.

-Manage and track all permits related to his/her assigned scope of works and ensure it’s success according to the defined permit plan. Ensure timely escalation if any support is required.

-Support / provide cost effective solution and justification for a tendering cost calculation.
