With a highly matrixed multinational footprint spanning across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, the company provides comprehensive supply chain solutions for top-tier technology and automotive brands worldwide. 

[Candidate Profile]

• 10+ years in MNC Logistics/SCM (Electronics or Semiconductor industry preferred), with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in 3PL/4PL, VMI, and global freight forwarding (Global Key Account Management background preferred).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level meetings.

[Responsibilities]

• Cross-Functional Integration: Coordinate and align global logistics activities, strategic projects, and system implementations across diverse global product brands and multinational business units.
• Financial Management: Manage and take full accountability for global logistics budgeting, including meticulous monthly tracking and professional presentations to executive leadership.
• Global Supply Chain Alignment: Lead key inter-regional logistics and supply chain strategic meetings across multiple time zones to support global JIT (Just-In-Time) initiatives.
• Vendor & VMI Management: Drive annual RFQ processes and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with top-tier international freight forwarders. Oversee VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) lifecycles from establishment to performance review.
• Process Optimization: Formulate and execute the rolling Five-year Strategic Plan for global logistics, implementing continuous improvement methodologies to streamline cross-border workflows.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a dedicated Logistics Project Team of professionals, cultivating a high-performance culture.
