【Candidate Profile】

• 生醫、商管或相關領域學士以上學歷

• 8年以上國際業務開發、授權或策略合作經驗

• 熟悉海外市場開發與商務談判流程

• 具優秀跨文化溝通與專案管理能力

• 英文流利，具生技或醫療產業背景尤佳

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Business, or related fields

• At least 8 years of experience in international business development, licensing, or strategic partnerships

• Proven experience in global market expansion and commercial negotiations

• Strong cross-cultural communication and project management skills

• Fluent in English; biotechnology or healthcare industry experience is preferred

• 主導合作洽談、授權評估與合約協商

• 分析市場趨勢與競爭動態，推動營運成長
