【Client Description】

A leading Taiwan-based fabless IC design company, founded in 1997 and headquartered in the Hsinchu Science Park. The company specializes in developing display driver ICs and SoC solutions widely used in TVs, monitors, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and automotive displays. 

【Candidate Profile】

1. Over 5 years of experience in analog IC design.
2. Master’s degree or above
3. Familiar with high-speed interface (SerDes) analog circuit design, such as Equalizer, CTLE, CDR, PLL, Sampler, and LDO for SerDes blocks; experience with MIPI C/D-Phy or eDP is a plus
4. Proficient in driver block design for display technologies such as AMOLED and Touch.
5. Well-versed in the DDIC mass production flow, including specification discussion, digital-analog interface planning, test planning, verification planning, RA planning, yield improvement, and FA handling with end customers.
6. Experience in advanced process technologies at 28nm or 22nm and below, with strong familiarity in device process characteristics.
