美商航太巨頭 : Facilities Manager

Role Summary/Purpose :

負責廠區建物、廠務系統及相關設施之維運管理，確保水、電、氣、消防、電梯、天車等系統穩定運作，並符合公司安全、品質、法規及營運需求。此職位需具備廠務管理經驗、廠商管理能力、跨部門協調能力，並能帶領團隊或作為資深技術窗口，協助解決現場設備與設施問題

1. 工作地點 : 桃園觀音為主，但須支援大園廠

2. 有乙級或丙級工業配線技術士證照/消防設備技術士證照 加分

3. 有機會跟國際團隊共事，英文好大加分

4. 具製造業、航空維修、廠務工程或大型廠區設施管理經驗加分

7. 具設備改善、預防保養制度建立、節能改善或廠務專案經驗。

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, plant engineering, facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, or related fields.

• Experience managing facility systems such as water, electricity, gas, fire protection, elevators, overhead cranes, or utilities.

• Experience in vendor management, outsourced maintenance, project contracting, site supervision, or work acceptance.

• People management, team leadership, or senior technical guidance experience is preferred.

• Intermediate English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

• AutoCAD skills are preferred.

• Valid regular passenger car driver’s license.

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Manage maintenance and repair of plant buildings and facility systems, including water, electricity, gas, fire protection, elevators, overhead cranes, and related utilities.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and regular inspection programs to ensure equipment reliability and availability.

• Manage outsourced maintenance, repair, and project work, including scope definition, contractor supervision, progress tracking, and acceptance.

• Ensure vendors comply with technical specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Conduct facility safety inspections and ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire safety, and government regulations.

• Identify facility-related risks and propose preventive or corrective actions.

• Develop annual maintenance plans, including budget, manpower, and resource planning.

• Lead facility improvement projects, such as equipment replacement, system upgrades, efficiency improvement, and capacity support.

• Troubleshoot complex facility and equipment issues and continuously improve maintenance processes.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, EHS, Procurement, and other departments to align maintenance needs and improvement plans.

• Lead or guide team members and support technical problem-solving within the department.

• Handle other tasks related to facility operations and plant maintenance.
