We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Engineering Coordinator to support our Quality Assurance engineering team. This role plays a key administrative and data support function, focusing on reporting, documentation, and daily operational coordination. You will ensure accurate and timely information is delivered to support engineering decisions and program execution.

【Responsibilities】

• Provide administrative and operational support to engineering and QA teams
• Maintain and manage quality documentation with accuracy and completeness
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data; prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Support engineers by tracking key metrics and delivering structured reporting outputs
• Conduct basic quality inspections on product samples and maintain records
• Coordinate internal workflows, schedules, and cross-functional communication
• Assist in organizing team activities and workshops
• 協助工程與品質團隊進行日常行政與營運支援
• 負責品質文件管理與維護，確保資料正確性與完整性
• 彙整與分析品質數據，靈活製作每日／每週／每月／每季報表
• 支援工程團隊追蹤關鍵指標，提供即時且清晰的報表
• 執行基本產品樣品品質檢測與資料紀錄
• 協調內部流程、會議安排與跨部門溝通
• 支援部門活動執行

【Candidate Profile】

• Good English proficiency (strong reading/writing; basic conversational speaking)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables required; ability to independently manage reports)
• Familiarity with Power BI (preferred) and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
• Positive attitude with strong sense of ownership and teamwork

• 英文能力良好（可流暢閱讀與書寫，具基本口說溝通能力）
• 熟悉 Excel（必要條件：VLOOKUP、Pivot Table，可獨立處理報表）
• 具備 Power BI（佳）與 PowerPoint 製作能力
• 對數據敏感，具備良好邏輯與問題整理能力
• 工作細心、反應靈活，能同時處理多項任務
• 個性開朗、具責任感，能與工程團隊有效合作
