Role overview

SAP ChaRM (Solution Manager) & Change/Release Management Specialist with experience in transport control (TRs/TOCs ZMMJ), status management in SM_CRM, and the change lifecycle in ServiceNow.

Responsible for deployment governance across DEV, QAS and PRD environments, compliance with Quality Gates (EU CCC), and the technical presentation and justification of changes in CAB meetings for AB InBev Europe.

Mandatory skills

•Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ChaRM and Solution Documentation

•Administer and support SAP ChaRM processes and Solution Documentation within SAP Solution Manager

•Manage transport requests (TRs), TOCs, and deployment activities across DEV, QAS, and PRD environments

•Monitor and maintain change lifecycle statuses in SAP ChaRM and ServiceNow

•Ensure compliance with change governance processes, quality gates, and release management standards

•Coordinate change implementations with SAP Basis, development, testing, and business teams

•Prepare and present technical change information during CAB and deployment review meetings
