Full Stack Developer

•  Strong experience in web development using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience working with relational databases and strong SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of software architecture principles, API design, and service integration.
• Automation-oriented mindset with a focus on optimizing repetitive processes.
• Experience developing scripts or applications to improve internal productivity.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and technical solution documentation skills.
• High level of autonomy and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.
• Experience implementing agentic AI solutions and the ability to integrate them into existing software workflows is considered an advantage.

What you will do in this role:

• Develop and maintain internal and external web applications using PHP/Laravel.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical design of new projects.
• Analyze internal workflows and processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop scripts, microservices, or integrations that reduce manual work time.
• Integrate agentic AI solutions and intelligent services into the company’s applications.
• Collaborate with operational and business teams to transform their needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for applications and processes.
• Contribute to raising technical standards and continuously improving the software infrastructure.

•  Implementing backend and frontend functionalities, as well as microservices.
• Managing projects autonomously, with concrete deliverables.
• Developing and integrating AI solutions into internal applications.
