Key Competencies:

• Generate and oversee purchase orders (POs)
• Liaise with both local and international vendors
• Track delivery timelines and address any delays or inconsistencies
• Keep procurement records and ERP data accurate and up to date
• Verify that materials comply with required specifications through cross-functional coordination
• Ensure adherence to ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements
• Assist in monitoring and optimizing inventory levels
• Contribute to procurement reporting and data analysis
• Provide support in supplier negotiations, including pricing, terms, and lead times
• Manage procurement activities in line with the Approved Supplier List (ASL)
• Support inventory control and coordinate logistics operations

An Ideal Candidate:

• Solid knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., Ecount)
• High level of analytical capability with keen attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, medical device regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA)
• Hands-on experience with import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and Incoterms
• Involvement in procurement optimization initiatives or supplier development projects
• Experience working within medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Multilingual skills for effective communication with global suppliers
• Basic proficiency in English communication

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience preferred, though not strictly required
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and manage tasks efficiently
