クレーム対応時に他チームとの協力や報告
在宅オペレーターの管理
その他関連業務(翻訳など)
Multilingual customer inquiry support (no phone calls, chat only)
Collaboration and reporting with other teams during complaint handling
Management of remote operators
Other related duties (translation, etc.)
With a diverse workforce representing more than 34 nationalities, we support the international market in purchasingproducts from Japan and help Japanese companies sell their products overseas.
