Production Supervisor

【Qualifications】

• Experience working in manufacturing environments with CNC or MC cutting machines
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• English: Basic communication level or above communication level
• SolidWorks (3D CAD)
• Experience operating CNC and MC machines
• Familiarity with milling, band saw, and lathe equipment
• Comfortable with production‑floor tasks
• Strong interest in technical and machine operations

【Responsibilities】

• Supervise and operate production machinery including cutting, milling, lathe, and machining equipment.
• Lead a production team and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Manage production progress based on schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with production management and quality control teams.
• Analyze defective items, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Respond quickly to production abnormalities.
• Initiate and execute process improvement activities.
• Collaborate with QC to maintain process quality standards.
• Improve inspection methods and follow up on production‑line quality issues.
• Prepare daily production reports and defective (NG) item reports.
• Share information with supervisors.
• Handle machine troubles involving CNC, milling, and lathe machines.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and promote safety improvements.
