Production Planning

We are looking for a Production Planner to support the production planning activities of the plant.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth production planning, material availability, and timely execution of production activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of ERP systems is considered an advantage;
• Driving licence (Category B);
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment;
• Proactive and responsible approach to work;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and regularly update production plans for internal production lines and, when required, subcontractors;
• Ensure production is carried out according to planned quantities and deadlines;
• Analyze demand and plan material requirements accordingly;
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure material availability and identify and report potential critical issues;
• Prepare, release, and update production orders;
• Record daily production data in the company's internal management system;
• Monitor and record material movements and finished goods;
• Support the correct issuance of identification labels (SSCC) for production cycles;
• Plan and analyze production staffing requirements for upcoming periods;
• Coordinate planned machine maintenance activities with the Maintenance department;
• Organize and analyze periodic inventories of components in the warehouses;
• Communicate regularly with the Planning team of the parent company in Italy regarding current priorities and customer requirements;
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure efficient production planning and execution.
