For our client, a global provider of Facility Management and Property Management services, offering integrated solutions for the operation, maintenance and management of commercial and corporate facilities, we are looking for a candidate to join their team, with a strong focus on supporting pharmaceutical clients.

 

Quality Manager

Location: Belgrade

 

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, procedures, and client requirements.

  • A diplomatic and professional approach, including when addressing sensitive or challenging topics;
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015;
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP requirements and pharmaceutical client standards;
  • Conducting internal audits, inspections, and site quality assessments;
  • Managing deviations, CAPAs, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions;
  • Supporting client and supplier audits;
  • Monitoring quality KPIs and overall service performance;
  • Working closely with Facility Management, Engineering, HSE, and client Quality teams;
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs, procedures, and applicable quality requirements;
  • Supporting the resolution of customer quality issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical Facility Management;
  • Experience with GMP/GxP, ISO 9001, CAPA processes, and audits;
  • Strong knowledge of quality procedures and documentation;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  • Advanced English knowledge, both written and spoken, is a must;
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Document Management Systems (DMS).
  • An Internal or External Auditor accreditation in ISO 9001 or ISO 45001 would be considered a great advantage.
