Working Duration: 12 Months Contract (Renewable based on performance)

Working Location: Klang Valley, Malaysia

Working Day / Hours: Monday – Friday | Standard Office Hours

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager – Modern Trade to drive business growth within Malaysia’s retail market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key supermarket accounts, developing sales strategies, securing new product listings, and strengthening relationships with modern trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Modern Trade business

• Manage relationships with key retailers and category buyers

• Identify new business opportunities and secure product listings

• Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and trade agreements

• Drive sales performance and category growth through effective retail strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Modern Trade sales experience within FMCG / Fresh Produce industry

• Strong network with supermarket chains and retail buyers

• Proven experience in account management, negotiations, and business development

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
