The organization is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to support planning activities, ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory levels and service performance. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and regional stakeholders to drive efficient supply planning, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain network.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Material Planning, or related functions.
  • Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or other fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of supply planning processes, inventory optimization, replenishment planning, forecasting, and stock management.
  • Proven experience in managing inventory levels, minimizing stock shortages, and improving service levels.
  • Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand-supply balancing, and capacity planning.
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other planning tools, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across procurement, logistics, commercial, and manufacturing teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in KPI monitoring and reporting, including service levels, stock availability, inventory health, and supply performance metrics.
  • Candidates with leadership experience, process improvement initiatives, or exposure to regional supply chain operations will have an added advantage. 

  • Develop and execute the supply plan based on validated sales forecasts, co-packing plans, and inventory parameters to ensure optimal product availability and service levels.
  • Analyse stock equations and supply feasibility to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and supply constraints, escalating long-term capacity gaps where necessary.
  • Define and maintain stock and supply parameters to balance customer service objectives, inventory targets, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage the replenishment process by assessing shortage risks, prioritising supply needs, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely product availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and actively manage slow-moving and obsolete stock, implementing corrective action plans to optimize stock health.
  • Investigate root causes of supply shortages and collaborate with suppliers to improve material availability and adherence to committed delivery dates (MAD dates).
  • Track, analyse, and report key performance indicators such as service level, out-of-stock rate, and inventory levels, ensuring visibility to internal stakeholders and supply chain partners.
  • Build and maintain budgeted stock levels in alignment with supply strategy and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes, systems, and overall planning efficiency.
  • Act as a supply chain expert within the local team by sharing best practices, supporting process improvements, and contributing to capability building across the supply chain community.
