Role Summary

This position plays a critical role in bridging technical knowledge and commercial activities. The Technical Specialist will support the sales team by providing product expertise, conducting technical presentations, and delivering customized solutions based on client needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are passionate about biotechnology and eager to build a career in a customer-facing technical role.

Key Competencies:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Support

·       Support the sales team in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

·       Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients

·       Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting (remote and on-site)

2. Operational Support

·       Prepare quotations accurately using internal systems (e.g., SFDC)

·       Support order processing and internal system coordination

3. Technical Expertise & Collaboration

·       Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, NGS technology, and industry trends

·       Collaborate with internal product and commercial teams

·       Provide technical training and support to sales colleagues

4. Market Engagement

·       Participate in seminars, conferences, and industry events as needed

Key Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field

·       Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

·       Internship or lab experience in life sciences is a plus

·       Basic understanding of NGS or molecular biology techniques

·       Strong communication and presentation skills

·       Ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a simple manner

·       Proactive, willing to learn, and team-oriented mindset

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·       Fluency in Korean (written and spoken)

·       Strong English communication skills preferred
