Sr. Manager /Manager - Finance

An Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Freight forwarding/logistics industry experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to work in the Europe shift is essential, as the role supports overseas offices in the US and Europe.
• Strong MS Excel skills and sound financial reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to learn and implement AI tools and automation in Finance.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel to the US and Europe for meetings with bankers, CPAs and other stakeholders.
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Key Competencies:

1.           Manage Payables, Receivables, Treasury, Billing, Fixed Assets and General Ledger Accounting.

2.           Oversee month-end closure and financial reporting as per applicable local GAAP.

3.           Handle audits, tax filings and statutory compliances for US and European operations.

4.           Prepare MIS and management reports.

5.           Support the CFO and Management in strategic initiatives, including AI-driven automation in Finance.

6.           Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.
