About Company:

Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of chemicals in India with a strong presence in Industrial Chemicals, Crop Nutrition and Technical Ammonium Nitrate (mining chemicals), the Company supports critical sectors of the economy namely pharmaceutical, agriculture, mining and infrastructure

An Ideal Candidate:

• An Ideal candidate should have Minimum 15-20 years of experience in Petrochemicals/chemicals/fertilizers industries with minimum of 02 years as plant in-charge in similar plant

Key Competencies:

1. Should Responsible for planning and executing AN, Bensulf and Acid operations to meet customer requirements with maximum productivity
2. Should Ensure all activities conform to safety, health, environment, and legal standards set by the company and regulatory authorities
3. 1.      Annual / Monthly Production Budgeting based on Marketing plan, Internal customers’ needs
4. Plan strategy for production, based on targets figures & dispatch plan. Release the plant & Utilities running schedule for execution
5. Review & Control overall activities pertaining to execution & commissioning of Capex & MOC jobs
6. In-depth knowledge of Continuous Chemical plant operations, High Pressure, High Temperature processes, Waste Boiler, Centrifugal Compressor, Steam Turbine and equipment.
