About Company:

An Indian largest Solar & Wind industry, they have multiple solar & wind project in all over India and MFG plant in Bangalore.

An Ideal Candidate:

• 3-year diploma in a technical discipline.
• 1-year diploma in Industrial Safety.
• 2–3 years of experience in Safety and Health Management.
• Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is an added advantage.

Key Competencies:

• Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and safety practices.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, inductions, inspections, and audits.
• Monitor PPE compliance and workplace safety.
• Inspect fire safety equipment, first aid kits, and emergency facilities.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; recommend CAPA.
• Conduct PTW audits and support Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Maintain safety records, training reports, and MIS.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Work in assigned shifts.
