An Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and project management, with hands-on experience in product development, qualification testing, and production launch activities. The candidate should have the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, quality, sourcing, and operations teams, while working closely with suppliers to resolve technical challenges related to processes such as plastic injection molding, forging, and die casting. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in First Article Inspection (FAI), product validation, cost optimization, process improvement, and design enhancement initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality and cost-effective products.

Key Competencies:

We are looking for a candidate who is a highly motivated product development and project management professional with experience in New Product Development (NPD), Value Engineering (VE), and Product Sustaining Engineering (PSE) projects. The individual will play a key role in managing projects from concept to product launch, coordinating engineering design, tooling, pilot production, and manufacturing readiness activities. This role requires close collaboration with global cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to ensure products meet quality, performance, cost, and customer requirements while supporting continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
