Production Engineer _ Bangalore

About Company:

An Indian largest Solar & Wind industry, they have multiple solar & wind project in all over India and MFG plant in Bangalore.

An Ideal Candidate:

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical.

Experience: 2–6 years in manufacturing, preferably in solar cell production.

Key Competencies:

• Supervise shift-wise production activities and achieve daily production targets.
• Monitor production output, cell efficiency, yield, breakage, and rejection rates.
• Manage manpower allocation, attendance, training, and shift handovers.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Process Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Monitor equipment downtime and support breakdown reduction.
• Implement root cause analysis, corrective actions, Kaizen, and yield improvement initiatives.
• Ensure EHS compliance, 5S, and safe machine operation.
• Maintain shift-wise production reports, SAP entries, and material traceability.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, process parameters, and quality standards.
• Support productivity improvement and manufacturing cost reduction
