An Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Strong experience in Data Center projects; large-scale construction experience will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling and critical path management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills. 

Key Competencies:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and work programs.
• Monitor project progress, milestones and critical paths.
• Manage planning activities across multiple projects.
• Analyze schedule performance and implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Conduct planning workshops and schedule reviews.
• Prepare progress reports and executive-level MIS.
• Lead and mentor planning team members.
• Drive planning process improvements and best practices.
• Support project management and business development activities.
