An Ideal Candidate:

• BE/B.Tech/ in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in MEP Planning, Data Centre, Commercial Building, Industrial or Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring and MEP coordination.
• Experience working with Consultants, Contractors and Client teams.
• Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.

Key Competencies:

• Responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring MEP activities for data center projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline programmer and detailed execution plans.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP disciplines.
• Prepare and monitor Master Schedule, Look-Ahead Plans, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports.
• Track project progress against planned schedules and identify delays, critical activities and schedule risks.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor manpower, material availability and work-front readiness against project requirements.
• Support recovery planning and develop mitigation strategies for schedule delays.
• Review contractor schedules, progress updates and planning submissions.
• Conduct progress meetings and maintain MOM, trackers and project dashboards.
• Ensure MEP activities are aligned with overall construction and commissioning milestones.
• Good knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project / Excel and project planning methodologies.
