Manager - SEAT/SEAT BELT

About Company:

Our client is one of the biggest automobile OEM in India.

An Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate should have 4-12 years of experience in automotive passenger vehicle industry, preferably OEM R&D. Should have hands on experience of model development including Styling and Layout feasibility, Specification finalization of Seat / Seat belt system & components.

Key Competencies:

1.  To understand and acknowledge the requirements on Seat/Seat Belt parts and instruct to ESP

2.  To prepare and manage detailed working schedule aligning with model development schedule

3.  To manage workload and ensure overall project progress of the SEAT/SEAT BELT section

4.  To identify concern and report recovery plan to Management.

5.  To prepare and manage budget related to research theme and development related activities."

6.  Should have manufacturability knowledge of Seat & Seat Belt components (Frame, Foam, Trim, Recliner, Track, Belt system) and related processes

7.  Should have experience of handling technical design team and utilize organizational resources and achieve Goals/Targets."
